Steph from Stephfood was our Daring Cooks’ July hostess. Steph challenged us to make homemade noodles without the help of a motorized pasta machine. She provided us with recipes for Spätzle and Fresh Egg Pasta as well as a few delicious sauces to pair our noodles with!
I served this tagliatelle at our monthly Canasta get together.
For starters we had. Asparagus, Halloumi and Anti Pasto vegetables. (My new cutlery, from a competition I won over at Cutlery and Catering, I love how the knife stands up, very ergonomic design, all knives should be like this!)
